When supporters join Tom’s Circle with a gift from a will, trust, beneficiary designation, or charitable gift annuity, their solidarity and generosity continue to grow with PIH for generations. All matured, non-designated legacy gifts go toward the Thomas J. White Fund, which ensures a more nimble, resilient, and innovative future for PIH and our patients.
Building strong health systems takes decades—and significant resources. To fulfill our vision of global health equity in the years to come, PIH is undertaking an ambitious multi-year fundraising initiative. This initiative is timely: The COVID-19 pandemic has inspired a dramatic increase in supporters requesting information on charitable estate planning as they seek to protect the people and causes they care about most.
Building on this momentum, PIH hopes to double the size of our legacy society, adding 500 members to Tom’s Circle by 2026.
